தீபாவளி வாழ்த்துக்கள்~

It's that time of year again :) when light triumphs over darkness. It is especially meaningful this year with COVID, and we remind ourselves to stay strong and positive. Visits to the temple is possible with social distancing, tracetogether apps and we are given ash in little sachets instead. We can visit relatives and have mini celebrations in groups of 5. And although the usual bazaar could not go on at little india, I was able to order our favourite palagaram (goodies/tidbits) in advance and collect them from Ajmir (they baked smaller batches this year)! https://www.ajmirbriyani.com/en_SG

It was really nice to be able to have that usual taste of Deepavali amongst loved ones despite all that has been going on this year :)
