There are many ways to stay healthy and be motivated about doing so in Singapore. There is the 365app which the Health Promotion Board started some years back, and you can still redeem grocery or transport vouchers when you hit a certain number of steps/points :)
More recently since COVID, there are also virtual runs/walks/cycles that you can participate in through 42Race. Essentially you can exercise at your own pace, ideally OUTDOORS (since you need the GPS tracking of the trail to be on) and then log in your completed runs. They also break down the 50km distance (for example) into smaller milestones, so it's more achievable. This year I'm participating in the Sketchers Friendship challenge (so you can form a team and motivate your friends) and the Healthy Lungs challenge as part of the Singapore Cancer Society.

There are also so many beautiful parks that are well connected and shaded by luscious greenery, so it makes it nice to be outdoors. I recently discovered the "Fuji Hill Park" in Bukit Batok which is located in the estate but has a really nice boardwalk now and even saw people doing yoga there.

I also finally saw otters in 'the wild' for the 1st time! There was a rather amusing (or perhaps shocking) post called Otters taking Over Singapore last year, but it's true that the population has increased and you can see many more of them around. Apparently this is due to the cleaner waters and abundance of fish for the otters.
You can also link to some parks via the Park Connector, or the Rail Corridor routes. The only thing is to check out the route in advance, as due to the rainy season, some portions are closed due to landslides etc, and I was unable to join the park connector in Clementi on one occasion >< Even so, by walking through the estate I chanced upon Burnt Cones icecream which I've heard so much about. A nice treat after walking about in the sun :P
