Matcha Everything!

I learnt alot about matcha when I had visited Japan many years ago, and many are fans of it. On top of its health benefits, it is actually a really comforting beverage to have in the afternoons and I appreciate the ceremony/care that goes towards preparing a good cup of matcha.


Many bakeries and cafes in Singapore infuse their bakes/desserts with matcha since there is huge demand for this flavour :) Theses are just 3 of my favourite picks that I've tried this year:


1) Cruffin from Keong Siak Bakery : the matcha oozes out from the flaky croissant pastry :D






















2) Matcha dalgona from O Brew Culture: the dalgona is house made! adding just the right amount of sweetness to the matcha base...also, the staff are really nice :)






















3) Matcha tiramisu from Maccha house: this cafe originates from Japan and the unassuming looking box contains a multilayered light and airy tiramisu, that has just the right amount of matcha and cream!
