Asian Food in Munich (Part 2) šŸ„ŸšŸ§‹#Munich

Part 1: Missing Asian Food (2021)

It has been almost 2 years since I started this "ramblings" section of my blog >< and mainly because COVID came along and I started exploring some food places back home or baking more as my studies were initially conducted remotely, and later on because it was a good way to document some of my adventures as a student/life in Munich.

During that time, I tried a "colourful latte" for the 1st time, and 2 years later, it was my 2nd time here in Munich at a new cafe called Niu Asian Cafe. The 2nd time was more unique than the last cause this had charcoal in it;- so it was a colourful GLITTER latte against a black backdrop. While the colour doesn't give it any extra taste, the charcoal does, and if you have never had a colourful latte, it is nice to have it once as a treat sometime (not just "for the gram" ><).

As it was one of my colleague's birthday recently and she misses food from home very much, we kind of went in search of many Asian food places in Munich. Many of them are located near Hauptbahnof/Karlsplatz area (which I never really explored before), and also around Universitat. However, we also discovered a really nice Hong Kong dim sum place a little further away in Karlsfeld, with really yummy fried rice. We also returned to ChiaChia's which was one of the 1st few Asian cafes I discovered upon arriving in Munich and it was nice to share it with someone who appreciated it even more. This time I also FINALLY got to try the house made bubble tea which was really good cause it's not too sweet. Lastly I was introduced to Baoz! Bar which I've walked past before but never tried, and the pork bao is really flavourful.

So if you are someone in search of Asian food in Munich, hopefully these places satisfy your cravings!
