Occam Deli #Munich

Occam Deli has been one of my favourite finds in Munich (hence it gets its own post! :D). It's where I go to for a little treat now and then because the cakes are amazing. The unassuming shop is located at the corner of a street near Münchner Freiheit station. Inside, there is a long wooden table lined with almost 8-10 cakes for you to choose from everytime >< 1 slice costs 4euros. I really like their fruit cakes, like the blueberry and strawberry ones. The fruits are so fresh and the cream so light :'D They wrap the cake in paper for you to takeaway and they custom print it with "food world news".

On one occasion, I created an adventure for myself to discover the city by taking a long walk down Leopoldstraße from the deli and you get to see many interesting things like 'Walking Man' sculpture, Östlicher Schalenbrunnen (fountain near the memorial for White Rose, a ww2 resistance group) and Siegestor which is historical. Due to the lockdown, it was also quite amusing (and a little sad) that one restaurant filled up their space with panda customers.
